The RF School has a team of qualified, dedicated, and experienced faculty who are committed to inspiring, engaging, and igniting the fire of thirst for knowledge. Our faculty believes in imparting knowledge using the latest evolved teaching methods, thus creating a strong desire for learning. The curriculum is an amalgamation of knowledge and skills. Experiential learning and project-based learning at our school are the key areas of focus. Formative and summative assessments will be conducted in each of the two terms. Creative projects, assignments, and presentations also part of their assessment process. Our faculty regularly collaborates to design and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies to benefit students. The Faculty and students develop close relationships both inside and outside the classroom, which helps to form an intellectually vibrant and supportive learning community. In addition, many events and school traditions unite every student, teacher, parent, administrator, so that each individual feels part of the RF School family.
